2:03 am	Just a quick update Got a call from the county on Thursday asking if I was still interested in the job. They said they had to do a quick phone verification of past employers to make sure i'm not some crazed murderer and that I did actually work there and that I should hear back early next week. Called me Friday morning letting me know that there may be a delay as they have to recertify the list since they bumped the position offered to the next level, meaning more money. So yea, I don't have the job YET but it seems to be close. Hoping this pans out so I don't have to go back to work at Fry's, but also trying hard to not get my hopes up as I've gotten hosed before. 12:50 am	blargh So what is it that makes it so someone just loses the concept of communication? Long story short, been talking to this girl I've met on another site for a good month +, and even though she had to move further away due to work, we were still interested in meeting just to see if we mesh as well in person as we did online/phone. The first couple times we were to meet, she notified me that something came up beyond her control and would not be able to drive down here (she didn't want me to have to drive all the way up where she lived with me having surgery soon after). And while I was disapointed at her cancelling, understood it due to the holidays being hectic. So cut to last weekend. She had to drive up to Sacramento to get the last of her stuff (she moved to reno) so she was going to take a detour down to the bay area so we could meet and all that fun stuff. So Wendsday comes along and I call her to confirm for saturday. No call back, no call thursday, fri, sat. Finally on saturday night she messages me on the other site saying things got hectic, that she was sorry and would call me the next day. Next day rolls around, I get up and she messaged me again saying she was home and to call her anytime. Left her a couple messages, get another message from her saying she got my message and would call me after dinner. Well haven't heard anything from her. Finally sent her a text message telling her the balls in her court, i'm fine if she only wants to be friends, or not even that but feel I deserve some sort of answer as I've felt I've wasted a good chunk of time that I could have been exploring other options (i don't do buffet style dating, if i'm interested in one person, I focus on that person and not drag them along till I find someone better so to speak). Blargh, anyrate had to get this off my chest as it really just bugged the shit out of me as I can't stand lying and silence games from people. Only good news is, this puts me back on the market so to speak, but at this point, I would want to meet someone who doesn't appear to have any mental issues (well kink mental issues are always a plus but you know what i mean) and go from there. Oh, another thing I should mention. I told her at the begining I have severe trust issues due to getting fucked over by my x and a few other people for being too nice of a guy and she assured me she doesn't play games. This unfortunately is probably one of my biggest faults as it makes it difficult for me to open up to people at first (which some people take as being an asshole, and not of the good kind), as well as I don't care for large crowds unless I'm around several people I know. But I'll end this piece with a bit of good news. I will be interviewing soon for a new job that will be an almost doubling in pay over what I make now, which I am stoked for. 9:52 am	good game blzzard Good job on not having a properly working website so that getting tickets was nothing more then complete and total luck of the draw. If you sell out you sell out, but don't make people spend 2 days trying to fight through server errors, crashes, downtime etc, and get all the way to confirming your order before taking the tickets out of your checkout and giving them to someone else who clicked confirm at the magic time. Guess I'm raiding disneyland instead. They at least don't run out of tickets and you can just walk right up and buy them. (get committed)

11:45 pm	so 2008 is getting off to a fanfuckingtacular start So my first two weeks of 2008 have dropped two great things on me. A 6 day work week at fry's. I swear they are trying to make me go insane so they can fire me for going on a rampage or something. no other reason for me having to work extra to cover for a sup. I also ended up having to replace my alternator and battery just after christmas due to my car breaking down. 600 bucks down the drain. Merry fucking christmas to me. I also get to have a sigmoidoscopy or however it's spelled done on me in march. As if having a finger shoved up there to test for hemroids or other bad things at the doctor wasn't bad enough, now I get to have a tube with a camera wedged up there. And yet that all sounds better then the 24hrs before when I'll be stuck on a clear liquid diet. Almost wishing I can go back to 2007 despite my omfgwtfbbq awsome vacation i had in late august. Only change omfgwtfbbq awsome into the biggest waste of 2 grand I could imagine. Dear sweet Becky still won't even tell me what hideous thing I did to her to make her hate me, and obviously being friends with her for 6 years going isn't good enough either. But i degress. She who claims to be a follower in karma should know better, so hopefully she will get hers in the end, or at the very least will talk to me long enough to tell me why she can no longer speak to me. 12:21 am	where i've been been a busy past few months for me. still kind of chaotic with working 6 day work weeks. so lets begin. I have officially quit smoking. been 11 weeks exactly since i've last had a cig. don't plan on going back. I like having an extra 130 a month in my pocket. Used said 130 a month to start going to the gym. Been going twice a week now for about a month. So far managed to drop all the weight I added since I quit smoking. Goal is below 255 by the end of August. Reason being is a close friend of mine is flying down to visit for a few days before school starts up and I'd rather I look more like I did when i last saw her then I do now. Vacation to Chicago got hosed. Instead of being honest with me, the cunt whore I was going to go visit and stay with was lying to me and was actually fucking another guy, and found out to boot that the reason she has cancelled (twice now) is so she could fly out there to see him. Pretty impressive she can do that with her all being broke and shit. Still working at the shit hole called fry's. Going to spend my week off next week job hunting in hopes of getting out of that hell hole and into something better, even if it means a pay cut. So yea, that's my last 3 months condensed into one post. (3 got committed | get committed)

10:10 pm	yay for hot water Tuesday night, friggin water heater decided to die. That meant no showers for 5 days. Been suviving by boiling hot water on the stove and filling the sink to bathe, which = teh sux. more sux = paying 2500 for a new water heater + getting the house up to code since the old one was almost 30 years old -_-. Not fun at all. In other news, background check is still on going. seems Fry's and EA don't want to give out info on me. friggin bastards, I want my new job.
